Small weddings in Greece

A smaller guest list. Plenty to make your own.

An intimate wedding in Greece can take many forms: a restaurant celebration, a small venue, or a stay that brings everyone together. Start with how you want the time to feel, then check what each place can actually host.

Talk through your plans with us

01

Begin with the people and the stay

Write down how many people are celebrating and how many need accommodation. A 30-person wedding with two nights together is a different brief from a dinner for 30 whose guests arrange their own travel. Decide whether you want everyone at one property, nearby rooms, or simply a convenient meeting point.

02

Compare the whole venue arrangement

A smaller guest count does not automatically mean every space becomes less expensive. Ask about venue hire, minimum spend, exclusive use and minimum room commitments. Confirm whether catering is included, whether outside suppliers are allowed, and whether a ceremony or party is permitted at the property. A holiday rental should never be assumed to allow events.

03

Turn a €10–15k target into a clear brief

If that is the amount you have in mind, first list everything it must cover: reception, food and drinks, photography, music, styling, accommodation and transport. Keep flights, attire, legal arrangements and guest-paid costs visible even when they sit outside that allowance. We can investigate options against the brief; this is not a package price or a guarantee of feasibility.

04

Leave room to compare timing and locations

Tell suppliers whether you can consider another weekday, month or region. Compare those options on the same guest count and inclusions. Also ask about a weather backup, sound restrictions, access for older guests, child arrangements and the journey from accommodation to the celebration.

05

Keep the first enquiry simple

You do not need to have picked a Greek island or know every supplier category. Tell us your approximate guest count, timing, what is already booked and the things that matter most. Our team can help find a venue, accommodation, suppliers or one missing detail and make the open questions explicit.
